I agree with Trev – call Motability. They’re very helpful in my experience. Sorry you’re having a bad time with your Kuga. We got out 1.5Tpetrol Vignale 10 days ago and love it. 1. I contacted Ford Chat to ensure I had the correct Files. 2, I downloaded the official 'how to upgrade' instructions from the Ford site. 3. I bought a brand new memory stick from Tesco's (ÂŁ9) I then followed the instructions from the guide word for word and the maps were updated perfectly. I hope this will help anyone having problems.
These are the updates on my mk2.5 2019 kuga. These updated from sync 3.1 and maps F8. There is a fair bit of confusion on Sync 3 versions / subversions / build numbers. Sync 3 has a version and build number for every update, the current being v3.4 (22251) for post 2019 cars.
Kuga 2.0TDCI Overheating and goes into reduce power mode. I have just joined the forum and was impressed by the know how. I couldn’t quite find the answer hence the post. I have a 2.0TDCI which has a high temperature fault code. It heats up the normal temp okay, but will then jump to overheat, warning on instrument panel and reducing power.
Theft prevention. Hi, I’m new to the forum and currently enroute to pick up my 2014 Kuga titanium X Sport. Knowing how easily they are being stolen and majority of keyless entry & start vehicles!! I’m curious what people are doing to prevent it.
